  • Make warm compresses on the shoulder and the painful area. You can use a hot bottle or bag.
  • Avoid excessive physical activity, do light activities and give rest to the body.
  • Consume spices and herbs like turmeric, ginger, garlic, etc., which have anti-inflammatory properties, and provide relief in pain.
