People often face pain and stiffness in the shoulder. Shoulder pain is usually caused by swelling or stiffness in the muscles and bones.   • Practice yoga and do stretching exercises, but avoid doing weight-bearing exercises.
  • Massage the shoulders with warm oil. You have to massage well from the neck to the shoulder area.
  • Make warm compresses on the shoulder and the painful area. You can use a hot bottle or bag.
  • Avoid excessive physical activity, do light activities and give rest to the body.
  • Consume spices and herbs like turmeric, ginger, garlic, etc., which have anti-inflammatory properties, and provide relief in pain.
