US media reported that North Korea's autocratic leader, Kim Jong Un, has apparently slipped to grave danger after going through a surgery. The speculation about his well-being ripples after Kim was apparently absent from the celebration of his grandfather's birthday on April 15. He was last seen at a government meeting that had been four days ago.
Another official told CNN that the ‘concerns about Kim’s health are credible’ but the severity is ‘hard to access’. South Korea based online newspaper Daily NK reports that Kim underwent a ‘cardiovascular system procedure’ on April 12 because of his "excessive smoking, obesity, and overwork," according to the news site and undergoing treatment in a villa in Hyangsan County following his procedure.
