Clinikk Healthcare is a start-up which specialises in providing affordable primary healthcare to 60 crore Indians lacking insurance cover.

Riding on the colossal developments in AI and diagnostics, Bangaluru headquartered Clinikk Healthcare, has emerged as a leading player in the country to provide 360-degree health coverage to families and staff of leading businesses such as Uber, Ola and Swiggy.

Envisioned by Dr. Suraj Baliga, an Orthopaedic surgeon and Bahvjoy Kaur, an IT Roorkee alumna, Clinikk Healthcare has till date served over 3 lakh individuals and is available in all major cities of India.

Clinikk Healthcare was launched as a teleconsultation and health advisory platform. The financial risk protection service was added a year later in 2018 to cater to comprehensive needs of the subscribers. According to Dr. Baliga, Clinikk Healthcare is a pioneer in the field of pocket-sized benefits with a coverage starting as low as Rs. 100 per month.

According to Dr. Baliga artificial intelligence can help make diagnosis more accurate and precise thereby saving the patients the cost of wrong or faulty diagnosis. It also helps identifying the onset of the disease at an early stage, again thereby eliminating the need for patients to visit secondary or tertiary care unit, and incurring additional expense.

With a vision to provide standardised and integrated end-to-end holistic healthcare experience, Dr. Baliga aims to grow his active user base to 1 million by the end of 2020.
