Pankaj Chaddha and Pooja Khanna, the co-founders of Mindhouse with a rich background of making a difference at the world-renowned brand Zomato have started their business venture Mindhouse with the vision to build it as the world’s largest wellness platform. The focus is on mental health, women’s health, chronic ailments and everyday wellness.

Pankaj is armed with a B Tech degree from IIT Delhi and has been a co-founder of Zomato before launching Mindhouse. Pooja is an alumnus of SP Jain Institute of Management and Research and had been associated with Zomato in senior leadership roles before launching Mindhouse. The startup was launched in November, 2019. It aims to drive a global cultural shift where wellness would be an integral part of lifestyle for everyone. It caters to people through online yoga sessions, online meditation sessions and nutrition. Where the services in nutrition are about to begin, one can avail wellness packages of yoga and meditation.

Wellness through Yoga

Yoga packages are designed around women’s health, pregnancy, chronic ailments, wellness, and strength and flexibility. There is also a yoga package for corporates. The sessions are conducted in small batches with flexible timings and with free access to the app to manage the chosen package well and to practice at one’s convenience. There are customizations fully understanding goals and medical history, so that individuals can be aligned to their specific needs.

Mindhouse guided yoga sessions for organizations can be incorporated into employee wellness programs by conducting proprietary meditation sessions, using techniques that are scientifically proven to help improve focus, patience, sleep, and relieve everyday stress. Hundreds of organizations have already been onboarded in this initiative.

Wellness through Meditation

There is a choice of packages of meditation ranging from beginners to meditation for ailments, meditation for stress and anxiety, and meditation for overall well being. Just like yoga there is meditation for corporates as well. A large part of mediation sessions offered by Mindhouse is dedicated to practising simple guided techniques, which help improve breath, thoughts and awareness of the body. They also help reduce anxiety, stress, and help in building concentration and focus; improving overall  emotional well-being.  The individuals are made to practice multiple techniques so that they are able to identify the one that they relate to the most, and which they find conducive enough to practice over a longer period of time.

Mindhouse provides motivation to kickstart the wellness initiatives which individuals have been thinking of since long but not able to so. The startup helps in bringing positive changes in daily routine through powerful sessions and content of the app. The wellness programs do not just promote wellness but help individuals to stay stronger and relaxed in non-conducive situations as well. Mindhouse experts are highly certified. Interactive webinars by Mindhouse is also organized from time to time so that people are able to connect with like minded individuals on issues related to wellness.
