Apart from this, some work is very heavy, due to which there is pressure on the stomach, so keep in mind that do not do such work, otherwise, your muscles will become weak, and hernia makes weak muscles its victim.

2. Say Goodbye to Alcohol and Smoking

Any healthy person can become ill due to alcohol and smoking, and if you want to avoid hernia disease, then do not consume alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, etc.

3. Control Keep Weight
