The eyes are an important part of our body, in which we get restless when there is a slight problem. So think about how many problems can happen when you are not taking care of your life. Nowadays most of us spend a long time in the time of laptop and mobile, By taking small measures, you can keep your eyes healthy.

Eye Care Tips:

Use goggles or glasses with UV protective lenses in the eyes. Put rose water in your eyes. Wash eyes with cold water. Eating papaya daily improves eyesight. Eat apple marmalade and after that take milk, by doing this the eyesight becomes brighter. Consuming fruits and vegetables daily increases the power of the eyes. If you drink carrot juice every day, your eyesight will increase. By consuming apples and drinking its juice, the light of the eyes becomes sharp. Do not constantly look at the screen while working on the computer. Remove the eyes from the screen after 20 minutes, by doing this the eyes get rest. Keep blinking your eyes at least 10 to 12 times in 1 minute. By doing this the eyes do not remain dry. Reading while lying down or lying down is also not good for the eyes. The light should come from behind while reading. Reading a book in a moving bus or car can damage the eyes. Taking less sleep also has a bad effect on the eyes, definitely taking at least 7 hours of sleep. In the morning, rub both your hands together and apply its heat to your eyes. This remedy removes the weakness of the eye. To remove the problem of the eyes, eat spinach leaves on an empty stomach every morning. By eating spinach, the eyesight not only increases, but it also increases the blood. Eat desi ghee every morning on an empty stomach and mix it with ground sugar candy and ground black pepper. Vitamin A, B, C should always be taken in plenty in food.  Eating banana, sugarcane is beneficial for the eyes, drink sugarcane juice. Splash cold water in your eyes at least twice a day. Cut slices of cold cucumber and keep them in the eyes for 10 minutes, drink more water. Grind green coriander and extract its juice and filter it in a clean cloth and putting two drops of it in the eyes, it cures sore eyes. At least 3 times a week, drink almond milk. It contains Vitamin E which is beneficial for the eyes. Drinking amla-milk on an empty stomach in the morning will also benefit you. Guava, orange, pineapple, fish, almond, carrot, egg benefit the eyes by consuming them. It is important to have proper lighting in the room where there is a computer. Whenever you sit near the computer, after every 20 minutes, take your eyes off the screen for 20 seconds and fix your eyes on something 20 feet away. Set up the computer monitor in such a way that the eyes are on the top level of the monitor. Set the brightness level of the computer or fit the anti glare cover and computer glasses. Use better lenses or wear anti-glare glasses. Whenever you sit in front of the screen for more than 1 hour, blink slowly. Small breaks and a healthy lifestyle are essential. Get your eyes checked once a year. Before sleeping at night, wash your eyes with clean cold water.
