Gluten-free foods throughout the day 

Opt for a gluten-free diet throughout the day and stick to healthy meals enriched with fruits and vegetables. Avoid bread, roti, random snacks, and maida dishes like biscuits. Opt for gluten-free dishes at parties by sticking to rice, vegetables, fruits, and a protein-rich diet. 

1 healthy meal a day is a must
