Exercise is a must for a healthy body and mind. Keep diseases at bay by starting with exercises. It is the best way to stay fit and healthy throughout the year.
Doing cardiovascular exercise daily increases our breathing capacity and makes us feel more energized. It keeps the heart and muscles healthy and maintains the flow of blood. Exercising regularly increases our stamina i.e. ability to work and we are able to do our work in a better way. By doing regular exercise, hormones called endorphins are secreted from our bodies, which is helpful in reducing stress. By doing regular exercise, the flow of blood in the body increases, due to which all the internal organs get the right amount of blood supply and our brain works properly. Along with increasing the efficiency of weight training muscles, it is also helpful in making them strong and strong. Exercise helps in the formation of new brain cells by activating the brain. It also strengthens the connection of brain cells. People who are physically active live longer. Exercise also reduces the chances of premature death. Exercising regularly increases metabolism. Calories are burned even while resting after exercising, which leads to weight loss. Exercising regularly affects the blood cholesterol level. Exercise helps in increasing HDL i.e. good cholesterol by reducing the bad cholesterol level. Exercise also helps in controlling blood pressure. Aerobic is more effective than other exercises in controlling blood pressure. Those who exercise regularly reduce the risk of getting various types of cancer, especially colon and blood cancer. According to a report published in the American Academy of Neurology, regular exercisers have a 50% lower risk of stroke than other people. Exercising regularly increases bone mineral density, which reduces the risk of osteoporosis. According to researchers from the Stanford School of Medicine, those who exercise regularly get quicker and better sleep and they feel fresher in the morning. Exercise is helpful in improving physical appearance as well as increasing self-confidence.  By exercising regularly, the process of aging slows down and we remain healthy and young for a long time. By doing exercises like weight training regularly, there is more secretion of testosterone in the muscles, which also increases physical capacity by increasing energy and stamina. Regular exercise improves blood flow in the body, which in addition to improving immunity, also protects against degenerative diseases such as type-2 diabetes. By doing regular exercise, the heart pumps more blood and we take in more oxygen. Those who exercise regularly are less prone to back pain. Exercise improves our mental health. It also reduces the symptoms of depression. According to researchers, the effect of regular exercise is similar to that of antidepressants like sertraline. According to him, exercising for 30 minutes 4-5 days a week improves the symptoms of depression.
