World Day of Social Justice is observed on 20th February every year. This day s celebrated to raise a voice against social injustice. Countless people throughout the world lack access to basic amenities including homes, jobs, healthcare, education, nutrition, and more, although no fault of their own.
Significance of World Day of Social Justice
The day is an opportunity for individuals, organizations, and governments to reflect on the progress made towards achieving social justice, as well as identify areas where more work is needed. People from middle-class and rural areas are deprived of all the basic rights of food, shelter and clothing, for which we should raise awareness in people so that they can fight for their rights.
