Good for diabetic patients – Consuming amla juice with honey is very useful in lowering blood sugar levels.

Amla is effective in stones – For treating stones, make amla powder by drying the amla for 40 days, mix this powder with radish juice and consume daily. This will dissolve the stone.

Amla is beneficial in anemia - It helps in the formation of red blood cells in the body and prevents the shortage of blood.

Good for eyes – It helps in increasing eyesight. To increase eyesight, take one spoonful of amla powder with honey daily. This also helps in treating the cataract.

Amla prevents toothache - Adding a little camphor to amla juice provides relief in toothache and cavity.

Amla is the best remedy for increased heat in the body. By consuming amla juice or eating amla in any form, provides cooling.

For hiccups and vomiting - consuming amla juice with sugar candy 2-3 times a day will give great relief.

Amla boosts memory – Memory gets boosted by taking amla's murabba with cow's milk in the morning.

Amla for skin – You can also consume amla juice daily. Amla is also useful in getting acne, scar, pimple-free glowing skin. By making its paste and applying it to the face, the face becomes clear, shiny and reduces wrinkles too.

Amla for hair - Amla makes hair black, thick, and shiny. Washing the hair with amla powder or consuming it helps to prevent hair problems.
