Take nutritious food

At this time the digestive fire is intense, and it is harmful to be hungry, during this time, Ghee, Butter, Urad Dal, Carrot Halwa, Gum Laddus, Sesame Laddus, Chyawanprash, Almond Pak, Groundnut, Good Papdi, etc.

Eat dry fruits

Almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins, walnuts, and peanuts are all rich in nutrients. It is a storehouse of vitamins, mineral salts, and anti-oxidant elements, consuming them in the winter season is very beneficial for health, as well as regular consumption of milk, curd, buttermilk is very beneficial for the body, in winter, maize, millet Consuming roti with ghee, butter, jaggery is tasty and beneficial.

Eat seasonal fruits and green vegetables

Fruits like pomegranate, amla, apple, orange, guava and vegetables like carrot, radish, spinach, sweet potato, cabbage, tomato, peas are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber, which makes these fruits and vegetables very beneficial for health. 

Be physically active

During winter, heavy substances are consumed more and due to longer nights, the body gets more rest, due to which there is every possibility of increasing body weight, so the regular practice of exercise, yoga, etc. One should wake up in the morning and go for a walk in the park, walk or run with fast steps. By these measures, harmful substances are eliminated from the body in the form of sweat, and blood circulation in the body also increases.

Vitamin D

If possible after coming from the morning walk,  sit in the sun for some time and massage joints and bones with mustard, almond oil, etc. The rays of the sun provide vitamin D, which is very important for the strength and strength of bones. 

Don't be lazy to drink water

In winter, most people are lazy to drink water or rather thirst is less, due to which there is a lack of water in the body, the skin starts cracking, weakness occurs, so 7-8 glasses of water must be present throughout the day. Drink a glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice and a spoonful of honey in the morning on an empty stomach.
