Eat bitter gourd and spinach in diabetes

If the sugar level remains very high, then definitely include bitter gourd and spinach in your diet. Both these vegetables are very beneficial for diabetic patients. The blood sugar level of the body remains under control by the consumption of bitter gourd. If you include bitter gourd daily in your diet, then there will be less need to inject insulin. Spinach is the main source of iron. There is no shortage of blood in the body by eating it. It is also a healthy leafy vegetable for diabetics. Broccoli

Broccoli provides many nutrients to your body. Especially, diabetic patients must eat broccoli. Broccoli is rich in nutrients. It is very low in carbs. Eat broccoli vegetables two-three times a week. Carrot
