Difference between stress, anxiety, and depression

The doctor says that if you are worried about anything for more than 3 to 6 months, then it can be a state of depression. In such a situation, immediately consult a psychologist. Being in depression for a long time can be the result of a serious condition.

Difference between stress, anxiety, and depression

Thinking about the same topic for a long time or staying under stress can be a state of depression. In this situation, the person feels very suppressed. This condition can arise due to thinking, worry, or fear about any event.

Anxiety

Anxiety is an anxiety disorder. That is, if you are very much worried about a subject and are feeling panic again and again, then it can be anxiety. Timely treatment of this condition is essential. If it is not treated on time, it can take a serious form.

Stress

The symptoms of stress and anxiety are almost the same. However, stress can be felt due to the pressure of daily work. At the same time, there is a reaction to anxiety stress. Which is a bit difficult to treat. Stress can cause headaches, high blood pressure, sleep problems, and skin problems. In such a situation, stay away from stress, so that such problems can be avoided.
