COVID19 is dangerously and surging to breaking records in this pandemic. That is why it is essential to remain vigilant for our health and community

India is a country that occupies the greater part of Southeast Asia. India has the second-largest population in the world. It is a constitutional republic that represents a highly diverse population consisting of thousands of groups of people with different regional languages. In this scenario of the global pandemic, SARS-Co-V- has a devastating impact on the world creating havoc all over. The best way to respond is to also maintain precautionary measures. From sanitizing to maintaining social distance is becoming a top priority these days worldwide.

Social Distancing is must this pandemic due to coronavirus

“Social Distancing” is maintaining safe distancing and safe space between yourself and other people. To practice social distancing, stay at least 6 feet or 2 arm lengths when you are outdoors and indoors. Social distancing is the most important factor to be observed in this pandemic. Along with physical distancing, wearing masks and sanitizing is also very important. Many cities have been encouraged to practice social distancing. Banning gatherings, encouraging telecommuting like working from home, and closing schools and colleges can be helpful to some extent.

Getting back to normal life: Is social distancing still important?

As COVID19 cases are rising, business and school closures are increasing due to pandemic outbreaks of coronavirus. Social distancing has helped to reduce the spread of coronavirus. So the question arises how can we get back to normal life, protecting ourselves and others from coronavirus. While you are ready for the coronavirus outbreak to be a bygone, the novel coronavirus is not going anywhere. It is normal for you to feel like you are “over it” and want things the way they should be like back to normal but that’s not the case. Let’s not forget that the virus is still here and the cases are on a high rise.

Here is a refresher for precautionary measures that you need to take in your daily lives

One of the best ways to reduce the virus is to continue practicing social distancing  Stay at least 6 feet away from others Always wear a face mask in public  Avoid gathering in a group small or large Limit time spent in crowded places Sanitize your hands frequently Go social and practice virtual meets which are safe  Covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze Avoid touching the face, especially the nose, mouth, and eyes.  Cleansing and disinfecting the daily used surfaces every day Knowing the symptoms of COVID19 and monitoring your health to find out if you are suffering from them. #loc Staying away from work and school if you are unwell or suffering from a cough.

Getting normal

Staying connected with your loved ones has led to a major impact on the well-being of an individual. COVID19 is still present in our communities and we need to take care of the same. With limited interactions, we can understand that it is difficult to stay away from your loved ones. However, to protect your loved ones, it is a vital step and we should adhere to it. Most Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that a 6 feet buffer is a must to practice social distancing. The vaccine is still traveling in the air. For months, CDC has informed that the virus mainly still spreads through the air in small particles called aerosols. Many people should take an initiative to stay at least 6 feet away from each other. CDC guidelines provide recommendations to reduce close contact with others to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus or COVID19

Remember, together we can fight the virus with a positive approach and overcome it. So, let’s gear up with maintaining social distancing and virtual interactions to minimize the spread of coronavirus.

We are all familiar with COVID19 guidelines. The COVID19 has challenged all of us to ensure the safety of this pandemic to control the spread of the coronavirus.
