Simple and effective ways to burn belly fat without dieting

A healthy lifestyle and eating a balanced diet is the key to staying fit. Here are some simple and effective tips to burn belly fat without dieting

Belly fat is very harmful to your body as it can lead to major diseases like Type 2 Diabetes, heart conditions, and other serious ailments. Losing fat from the belly is most difficult, however, you can follow some simple at home tips that will make the process easy.

Never skip your meals - Never skip your breakfast, it is also the most important meal of the day. It is important to eat small meals every three to four hours and, as per the advice of health experts. Try to eat snacks that include fiber-filled carbs and protein which keep you full.

Consume a high protein diet - Protein is considered to be important for managing weight. It also helps retain muscle loss during major weight loss. Sources of protein include meat, fish, eggs, dairy, beans among other foods.

Portion control is very important - You can keep a check on your food intake by controlling portions. Use a small plate. Your breakfast plate should be bigger than your lunch and dinner plate. This will help you to burn breakfast calories throughout the day and will help you lose weight.

Say no to sugary foods - Sugar contains fructose, which takes time to dissolve leading to several diseases when taken in extreme amounts. There is a direct relationship between sugar intake and fat gain.

Replace regular oil with coconut oil – Coconut oil is the least fat among others. It has medium-chain fats which increase the metabolism and help digest food faster. Thus, replace your regular oil with coconut oil.

Take healthy sleep - Sleep is an important factor for a sound body and mind. Not getting the appropriate hours of sleep can lead to fat or weight gain. We all must sleep for 7-8 hours a day to relax our minds and body.

Manage your stress - High-stress levels can activate the adrenal glands to produce cortisol (stress hormone). Increased cortisol level leads to fat gain in the center of the abdomen. One can meditate, do yoga, breathing exercises to manage stress.

Track your food intake and exercise regimen – You can keep a daily record through different fitness apps available on your mobile phone. This will help you in understanding your body requirements and can take food accordingly.

Ultimately changing your lifestyle and eating a balanced diet is the key to losing belly fat and staying fit.
