The kidney is an essential part of the body. This happens in the lower part of your body. They clean your blood and remove toxins from your body. The kidneys send toxins to your bladder, which your body later removes during urination. But any disease related to the kidney can affect its functioning. Speaking of kidney failure, kidney failure occurs when your kidneys lose their ability to adequately filter waste material from your blood. Many factors may affect the function of your kidneys, such as:

Causes of Kidney issues

  • Due to environmental pollutants or certain drugs
  • Due to chronic diseases
  • Severe dehydration
  • Kidney injury

Causes of Kidney Failure

Kidney failure occurs and increases toxicity in the body as the process of filtration is affected. When your kidneys lose their filtering ability, dangerous levels of waste can accumulate, and the chemical balance in your blood can be out of balance. Causes of kidney failure include-

  1. Kidney Damage

Kidney damage can occur due to many reasons. Such as blood clotting in the veins and arteries in and around the kidneys. Or lack of blood circulation in the kidney. In addition, some diseases such as

  • Glomerulonephritis
  • Hemolytic uremic syndrome, in which there is a premature loss of red blood cells.
  • Corona infection
  • Lupus, an immune system disorder 
  • Scleroderma, affecting the  connective tissues
  • Caused by excessive drinking and cocaine intoxication
  • The breakdown of muscle tissue (rhabdomyolysis) damages the health of the kidneys.
  • Tumor cells (tumor lymph syndrome), leak toxins and cause kidney damage.
  1. Urine blockage in the kidneys

Diseases and conditions that block the passage of urine out of the body and can lead to acute kidney injury:

  • Bladder cancer
  • Blood clots in the urinary tract
  • Cervical cancer
  • Colon cancer
  • Kidney stone
  • Nerve damage 
  • Prostate cancer
  1. Improper blood circulation in the kidney

The lack of proper blood circulation in the kidney sometimes causes kidney failure. In fact, there are certain diseases and conditions that can slow blood flow to the kidneys and cause kidney failure. such as

  • The liver stop working
  • Lack of blood or fluid
  • Heart attack
  • Heart disease
  • Infection
  • As a severe allergic reaction
  • In case of severe burns
  • In case of excessive dehydration.
