Most parents compare their child's academic performance to that of other children, and young adults are constantly under pressure to have a successful career and earn a lot of money. In addition to that, maintaining good relationships is also a task; all these things add up to loads of stress, anxiety, and depression, and sometimes withdrawal from social life as well.
