The milestone reflects the hospital’s growing expertise in managing complex congenital heart conditions in infants and children, supported by advanced infrastructure, skilled clinicians, and a multidisciplinary approach. KIMS Cuddles has emerged as a trusted centre for pediatric cardiac care, offering timely diagnosis, interventional procedures, and post-procedure support for young patients and their families.


Children treated under this program have come from various parts of Maharashtra, highlighting KIMS as a trusted regional referral centre for advanced pediatric cardiac care. This wide geographical reach reflects the confidence families place in the hospital’s clinical expertise and outcomes.

Out of the 100+ procedures, a significant number involved highly complex pediatric cardiac interventions, including ⁠Transposition of great arteries, Arch repair, ⁠TAPVC repairs and Several other high end neonatal heart surgeries and interventions. 


Nearly 1 out of every 10 procedures fell under the high-complexity category, requiring advanced expertise, precision, and multidisciplinary coordination.


The achievement is backed by a coordinated effort involving Pediatric Cardiologists, Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon, Pediatric Cardiac Anesthetists, Nurses, and a lot more specialists who work together to ensure the best outcomes for young patients.
