Stahl's Talon collection is the culmination of over 15 months of dedicated research and development, crafted to meet the diverse evolving needs of home cooks and chefs whilst addressing the intrinsic need for high quality knives at great value. Inspired by the agile and precise nature of a bird's hooked claws, the Talon knives embody the same attributes. Made from premium grade German Stainless steel, the blade boasts a superior hardness. Crafted from X50CrMoV15 steel conforming to Deutsches Institut für Normung DIN Standard 1.4116, making it the only Indian brand to do so. Thus, the Talon collection offers exceptional durability and edge retention, making every cut effortless and precise. The dual-edge blade design supports a wide range of cutting techniques, allowing you to operate with complete control. The ergonomically designed rivetless handles, made from 100% natural whole block walnut wood with its balanced design provides comfort without fatigue, allowing chefs and home cooks to perform with confidence and ease.

 

The Talon collection includes six meticulously crafted knives: Each knife serves a specific purpose, from versatile cutting and precision slicing to handling delicate ingredients with finesse.

 

  1. Chef’s Knife – Serves as a multi-purpose tool in the kitchen as it seamlessly handles versatile cutting, precision slicing, efficient mincing, fine dicing and other heavy-duty tasks.
  2. Bread Knife – It helps to effortlessly slice through bread without crushing or tearing, making it equally adept at cutting soft cakes with delicate crusts.
  3. Santoku Knife – A versatile kitchen tool, excellent for prepping multi-cuisine meals. Its precision engineered air pocket design and ample blade area facilitates easy food separation.
  4. Tomato Knife – With its serrated edge, it is suitable for effortlessly slicing through tomato skin, delicate flesh as well as fruits and vegetables.
  5. Utility Knife – An everyday go-to kitchen partner for tasks like peeling fruits, deveining shrimp, and trimming herbs. Seamlessly manoeuvres small and medium sized ingredients with accuracy.
