In Tripura, the number of active cases of Covid-19 has dropped down to 200 as of today.
The recovery rate has also improved to 98.25%. In the past 24 hours, eight new cases were recorded along with the recovery of 34 infected people.
According to the state health bulletin, so far 32,572 patients infected with the virus have been cured, out of the total 33,175 positive cases registered so far.
The health bulletin also stated that over five lakhs sixty-six thousand samples have been tested till yesterday evening
