200+ HR Leaders and CXOs convened to discuss workforce health, preventive care, and organisational wellbeing as strategic business priorities.
Hyderabad, 21st February 2026: CARE Hospitals successfully hosted CARE Connect – HR Conclave 2026 at Le Meridien, Gachibowli, bringing together senior HR leaders, CXOs, and industry stakeholders for a strategic dialogue on workforce health and organisational wellbeing.
 
The conclave witnessed the participation of Dr. Pawan Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, CARE Hospitals; Mr. Shalabh Dang, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer; Dr. Nikhil Mathur, Chief of Medical Services; Dr. Amit Singh, Chief Human Resources Officer; Mr. Siddharth Datta, Head – Credit Business, along with more than 200 HR leaders and corporate decision-makers from leading organisations across Hyderabad. The strong turnout reflected the growing emphasis on structured corporate healthcare partnerships and employee wellbeing strategies.
 
The conclave served as a focused platform to address evolving workplace health challenges and explore structured, preventive healthcare solutions for corporates. The event reinforced the growing recognition that employee wellbeing is central to productivity, resilience, and long-term business sustainability.
 
Delivering the keynote address, Dr. Pawan Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, CARE Hospitals, emphasised the importance of integrating preventive healthcare into corporate strategy, statting “Organisations today must look beyond reactive healthcare models and adopt structured preventive frameworks that proactively safeguard employee wellbeing. At CARE Hospitals, we believe workforce health is a strategic business investment that directly impacts productivity, engagement, and long-term organisational resilience. Through initiatives like CARE Connect, we aim to build meaningful partnerships that enable healthier, future-ready workplaces.”
 
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Shalabh Dang, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, CARE Hospitals, highlighted the growing need for comprehensive corporate healthcare collaborations, adding, “Corporate healthcare is no longer limited to annual health check-ups. It requires integrated solutions that combine preventive care, early diagnosis, emergency preparedness, and continuous engagement. Our goal is to work closely with organisations to design scalable healthcare programs that deliver measurable value and strengthen employee trust.”
 
The Health Leaders Dialogue addressed critical workforce health challenges through focused conversations on workplace wellbeing and preventive care. The session titled “Burnout at Work: Solving HR’s Biggest Productivity Challenge,” moderated by Dr. Amit Singh, Chief Human Resources Officer, CARE Hospitals, explored actionable strategies to mitigate workplace stress, strengthen mental health support systems, and enhance employee retention. He emphasised that wellbeing must move beyond intent to structured action, enabling sustainable, health-driven workplace cultures. The discussion on “Healthy Employees, Stronger Organisations: The Power of Preventive Care,” moderated by Dr. Nikhil Mathur, Chief of Medical Services, CARE Hospitals, emphasised the importance of preventive screenings, early intervention frameworks, and structured corporate wellness programs designed to reduce long-term healthcare risks while improving organisational productivity and resilience.
 
The panels featured distinguished industry leaders including Ms. Deeapti Raina, Head – HR, ICRISAT; Dr. Kiran Adabla, Chief Medical Officer, Viatris (Mylan Labs); Ms. Sravanti Chekragari, Chief Operating Officer, Adaps Limited; Ms. Janani Prakash, SVP & Global Head – HR, Genzeon; Mr. Sudeep Kumar K, AVP – HR, My Home Group; Ms. Shalini Reddy Singireddy, Head – Employee Health & Safety, TCS; Dr. Shreedhar Kodiganti, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories; Mr. Praveen Chanda, CHRO, Global Data PLC; Ms. Malini Chatterjee, Head – HR, VICAT (Bharathi Cements); and Mr. Pramod Kumar Bebarta, Vice President – HR, C-Tel Infosystems, who shared valuable insights on building resilient, health-focused workplace cultures.
 
The sessions witnessed active engagement from industry leaders, reinforcing the importance of collaborative and health-driven business strategies.
 
The conclave also marked the unveiling of Health Guardians, CARE Hospitals’ comprehensive corporate healthcare program. The initiative is designed to deliver integrated preventive, diagnostic, and emergency healthcare solutions tailored to organisational needs.
