Mumbai, 28th May, 2025: Eleganz Interiors Ltd., a leading player in India's fit-out and interior contracting industry, announced its financial results for the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025.

Consolidated Financial Performance - FY25

  • Revenue: ₹395 Cr; YoY growth of 77%
  • EBITDA: ₹35 Cr; YoY growth of 62%; EBITDA Margin 9%
  • PBT: ₹28 Cr; YoY growth of 75%
  • PAT: ₹21 Cr; YoY growth of 70%
  • The company is virtually debt-free, reflecting strong financial discipline
  •  Working capital efficiency has significantly improved, with the cycle reduced from over 100 days to approximately 80 days.
  • The company continues to deliver robust return ratios, with Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) around 30% and Return on Equity (ROE) near 20%.

Key Business highlights – FY25

  • IPO Momentum: The Company maintained post-IPO resilience with disciplined capital allocation and transparency. Investor confidence remained strong, underpinned by consistent financial and operational growth.
  • Project Delivery Excellence: Delivered over 20 lakh sq. ft. of interior and turnkey spaces during the year, with continued focus on design innovation, sustainability, and speed-to-market execution.
  • Pan-India & International Growth: Eleganz Interiors continued to strengthen its geographic footprint across India and the Middle East. Landmark wins in commercial, retail, and tech spaces further validated its design-build leadership.
  • Green & Tech-Driven Future: Sustainability remained a key pillar, with 80% of projects meeting green compliance and ESG standards. Integration of smart building tech and digital project management tools enhanced operational efficiency.
