Fateh Education creates a movement to explore learning in the new age. This year the event explored ethics, resilience, and innovation in the age of augmented intelligence

New Delhi, September 25, 2025 – Fateh Education hosted the first edition of its flagship educators’ conference, ElevatED 2025, last week at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Themed “Augmenting Minds: The Next Chapter of Human Intelligence”, the event brought together school principals, academic leaders, career counsellors, and global university representatives to explore how education can adapt in the age of augmented intelligence.

The day-long conference created a collaborative platform where educators reflected on the role of values, ethics, and emotional resilience in a rapidly changing technological era. Sessions emphasised how artificial intelligence is reshaping education and how schools can integrate it thoughtfully to prepare students for the future.

The conference featured a dynamic mix of discussions and workshops. One of the most engaging sessions was a fireside chat on “Trust, Truth & Tech: Guiding Students in an AI World” featuring Mr. Suneet Singh Kochar, CEO & Co-Founder of Fateh Education, and Mrs. Sandhya Awasthi, Executive Director, HRDC, DPS Society. This was followed by a special address on “Critical Thinking to Ethical Practices: Integration of AI into Learning” by Mrs Lata Vidyanathan, Director, Gyan Bharati School, Delhi. A hands-on workshop on “Navigating the Digital World with Awareness and Resilience”, led by Dr Bhavna Barmi, Senior Clinical Psychologist, also provided educators with practical understanding on how to guide students in a digital-first world.

Speaking about the event, Mr. Suneet Singh Kochar, Co-founder and CEO of Fateh Education, said, “ElevatED was designed with the intent of giving educators a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and reimagine the future of learning. As AI and technology transform the way classrooms function and the way students learn, it becomes essential that we place equal emphasis on ethics, empathy, and human intelligence. The discussions highlighted that while tools and technology will keep evolving, the role of educators as guides, mentors, and value-creators will remain irreplaceable. Our aim through ElevatED is to nurture this collective vision and ensure that schools, students, and universities are better prepared for the opportunities and challenges ahead.”

“ElevatED was a reminder of how crucial it is for the education community to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to technology. Artificial Intelligence is not a concept of tomorrow—it is already shaping how students learn, interact, and view the world around them. As educators, the responsibility rests with us to guide this transformation thoughtfully, ensuring that innovation goes hand-in-hand with ethics, empathy, and balance. What made the discussions powerful was their focus on practical, real-world approaches—ideas that can genuinely be implemented in schools to help students build resilience and critical thinking. It was inspiring to see leaders from diverse institutions unite with a shared purpose: to prepare our young learners not just to use technology, but to thrive in a world that is rapidly reshaping,” added Mrs. Sandhya Awasthi, Executive Director, HRDC, DPS Society.

Talking about the event, Ms Binti Kochar, Director and Co-founder, Fateh Education, said, “ElevatED was born from the simple idea of creating a dedicated platform where educators could come together to reflect, share, and co-create solutions for the future of learning. Seeing the discussions, workshops, and collaborative spirit come to life exceeded my expectations. The energy, insights, and commitment of the participants reaffirmed the need for such initiatives across the country. Building on the success of this first edition, we are excited to take ElevatED to different cities in India, ensuring that more educators and institutions have the opportunity to reimagine learning in the age of AI.”

The success of ElevatED 2025 reaffirms the importance of building collaborative platforms where educators and thought leaders can come together to shape the future of learning. With rich discussions, diverse perspectives, and actionable insights, the event catalysed reimagining education in the age of augmented intelligence. Fateh Education remains committed to continuing this dialogue and empowering schools, students, and universities to thrive in an evolving global landscape.
