New Delhi, 11th November 2025: EverBloom, India’s first Concierge Senior Wellness Center, organized “Park Activities with a Purpose!” a vibrant community wellness morning held on 9th November at Central Park, Sarvodaya Enclave, in collaboration with One Sarvodaya, founded by Aditya Gupta, a social worker and active community member working to bring residents together through positive, people-driven initiatives. The event brought together residents of all ages for a rejuvenating start to the day, featuring gentle yoga and guided stretching suitable for all fitness levels, followed by interactive group games, wellness challenges, and light conversations that emphasized self-care and mindful living.

The gathering aimed to promote holistic wellbeing by integrating physical movement, mental mindfulness, and social interaction into everyday life. Through the event, EverBloom emphasized its three foundational pillars of wellness—Physical, Social, and Mental- by offering participants an accessible, engaging, and enjoyable way to embrace healthy living. Participants also enjoyed light refreshments and tea, underscoring the spirit of community warmth and togetherness.

Speaking about the initiative, Sonia Mehta, Nutritionist and Founder of EverBloom, said, “Wellness in today's time is not merely a routine, but a rhythm that shapes how we live. When people come together in movement, breath, and connection, health transforms from a solitary goal into a shared experience. Through initiatives like this, we want to reshape how communities see wellbeing, not as an occasional event but as a daily practice of balance, care, and connection. Watching families, seniors, and young adults participate side by side was a wonderful reminder of what holistic health looks like in real life.”

The initiative reinforces EverBloom’s mission to make wellness social, simple, and fun, blending traditional healthcare values with purposeful recreational activities. By creating spaces that encourage community participation and mindful living, EverBloom continues to champion holistic health and foster stronger neighborhood connections.

The morning concluded on an uplifting note, with participants leaving refreshed, inspired, and eager for more such community-driven wellness experiences.
