New Delhi, 16th December 2025: EverBloom, India’s first Concierge Senior Wellness Centre, launched its six-month community awareness campaign, “EverBloom Comes to Your Community - Let’s Talk About Senior Care,” with an interactive session in Lajpat Nagar and Sukhdev Vihar. The initiative, aimed at educating seniors and their families about healthy aging, featured activity-based events and health camps. Over the course of the campaign, four to five camps will be conducted every month, bringing expert guidance directly to residential societies.

India is experiencing a significant demographic shift: the number of people aged 60 and above is projected to more than double from 100 million in 2011 to around 230 million by 2036, meaning nearly one in seven Indians will be a senior citizen. Against this backdrop, EverBloom’s outreach campaign provides timely, expert guidance. Sessions are led by a multidisciplinary team of Nutritionists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists, equipping seniors and their families with practical strategies for physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.

Commenting on this, Sonia Mehta, Clinical Nutritionist and Founder, EverBloom, said, “At EverBloom, we believe that awareness is the first step towards healthy aging. Our community sessions are vital because they help seniors and their families understand key aspects of physical, mental, and emotional well‑being while addressing individual concerns directly. By bringing expert guidance into neighborhoods, EverBloom empowers families to take proactive steps, promotes preventive care, and ensures seniors have the knowledge and resources to lead healthier, more independent lives.”

During the sessions, attendees learned essential strategies for maintaining strength, mobility, mental well-being, and overall health in older age. The expert team also introduced participants to EverBloom’s range of services designed to help seniors lead stronger, fuller, and healthier lives. Each session concluded with tea and snacks, allowing residents to interact informally with the specialists and ask questions tailored to their personal needs.

Through this campaign, EverBloom reinforces its commitment to making senior care knowledge accessible and community‑centered. By bringing preventive health education and wellness guidance directly into neighborhoods, the initiative aims to create supportive environments where seniors can thrive, and families can confidently contribute to their overall well‑being.
