On behalf of Foodstories, a passion project by Avni and Ashni Biyani, it is a purpose-driven platform, Foodstories celebrates homegrown produce and the people behind it, bringing farmers, makers, and food lovers together. Through its experiential stores in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, Foodstories turns everyday meals into meaningful stories, where taste, culture, and thoughtful curation come together.

Building on this philosophy, Foodstories presents Weekend of Plenty, a three-day shopping festival built around abundance, of choice, of discovery, and of food worth bringing home in plenty.Running from 24th to 26th January, Weekend of Plenty is designed as a long weekend for shopping freely and without restraint. It’s a moment to stock up confidently, act on long-held food desires, and explore more across the store, without second-guessing what goes into the basket.

Across three days, Weekend of Plenty encourages shoppers to move beyond routine grocery runs. It invites exploration across categories, bigger shops than usual, rediscovering familiarfavourites, discovering new onesbuilding baskets that feel complete and considered.

Throughout the weekend, the space comes alive with guided tastings, thoughtful giveaways, and discovery moments, led by the makers and storytellers behind many of the brands on the shelves. These moments are designed to help customers taste, compare, choose with confidenceand then stock up.

Weekend of Plenty is also about the quiet comfort of an abundant pantryknowing everyday cooking is taken care of, favourites are within reach, and indulgences are already waiting. It’s amoment to stock up on the essentials that anchor daily meals, alongside the ingredients that make hosting, celebrating, or simply eating well feel effortless.

It’s the olive oil that flows freely into everyday meals, sourdough torn into while dinner is still coming together, and cheeses laid out freely when friends decide to stay a little longer. It’s cured meats pulled out without counting slices, pantry staples stocked deep enough to last the season, and ingredients that let everyday eating feel easy and complete.

It’s also about the small rituals that benefit from abundanceManuka honey stirred into the morning, caviar brought out for unhurried evenings, Thai coconut cracked open and shared, a
favourite ingredient finally bought in the quantity it deserves, and products that feel better when they’re not saved for later. From bakery and cheese to pantry, fresh produce and specialty ingredients, Weekend of Plenty is designed for food to be bought, used, and enjoyed in plentywithout restraint, hesitation, or the need to make it last.

Weekend of Plenty is applicable both in-store and online, allowing patrons to shop across Foodstories stores and its website.
