New Delhi, December 19, 2025: GABIT, the award-winning full-stack longevity company, today announced its acquisition of Näck, a clean, science-led nutrition brand. This move brings together GABIT’s cutting-edge health tracking smart ring technology and AI-based health coaching with Näck’s thoughtfully formulated supplements, creating a seamless ecosystem where wellness is tracked, guided, and objectively measured in real time.

Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta and Arpana Shahi, GABIT was built on a simple belief: health should be easy to understand, personalised to the individual, and proven by data.

GABIT’s titanium-built Smart Ring, personalised health coaching supported by AI, and science-backed longevity skincare already help users take control of the 4 pillars of health: fitness, sleep, stress, and nutrition, in a way that fits into daily life.

The GABIT Smart Ring, recently named “Best Smart Ring of the Year” at Amazon India’s Best in Tech Awards (BITA) 2025, empowers users to track their health seamlessly. Beyond tracking, GABIT combines continuous data with personalised actions, nudges, and personalised fitness and nutrition plans to help users actually improve their health, not just track it.

With Näck joining the GABIT longevity ecosystem, this approach becomes even more powerful.

Born in Sweden, Näck takes its name from the Swedish word näck, meaning naked. Developed by a Swedish team, it reflects the brand’s philosophy of naked wellness. Clean, transparent, and honest nutrition with nothing to hide. Näck’s supplements are formulated to meet recommended dietary allowances (RDA) where applicable, carry Informed Choice certification, with every batch rigorously tested against 250+ banned substances, making them trusted by athletes and everyday users alike.

“Näck stands for nutrition that is simple, transparent, and rooted in science,” said Gaurav Gupta, Founder of GABIT. “At GABIT, we’ve always believed that health is interconnected. This acquisition is a natural next step, because the impact of what you put into your body should be just as measurable as how you move, sleep, recover, and live.

When supplements, diagnostics, and continuous tracking come together, health stops being vague and starts becoming measurable.”

Näck’s supplement portfolio, designed to be clean, effective, and backed by rigorous science, will now integrate seamlessly into this ecosystem. Users will no longer take supplements in isolation. Instead, they will see how those supplements influence real health markers over time. With this, GABIT has become the first health wearable company in the world to launch its own line of supplements.

Today, GABIT is one of the most comprehensive health tracking ecosystems. Through the Gabit Smart Ring, smart scale, CGM integrations, and in-depth blood work, users can track over 150 health markers and biomarkers across sleep, recovery, nutrition, metabolism, stress, and long-term health trends, all in one place.

The combined ecosystem at GABIT follows a clear loop: users can start with continuous tracking through the smart ring or blood work, identify gaps, and then use targeted supplements to support those needs, with outcomes visible directly in their data from the smart ring or subsequent blood work. This closes the gap between intention and impact.

“Good habits feel even better when they show up in your data,” said Arpana Shahi, Founder of GABIT. “Imagine taking a supplement for better sleep and actually being able to measure its effect on your deep sleep. Or adjusting your nutrition through supplements and seeing tangible changes in recovery, energy, or metabolic health. That’s the future of health we’re building.”

With this acquisition, GABIT strengthens its position as the ONLY longevity platform in India that brings together health tracking, blood work, personalised fitness and nutrition plans, longevity skincare, and clean nutrition under one system. Beyond tracking health, GABIT is focused on ensuring real improvement, helping people move from data to decisions, and from decisions to better health outcomes.

This acquisition marks another decisive step by GABIT to move beyond tracking alone, and toward building a longevity system that works quietly in the background — helping people live healthier, longer.
