Groupe SEB India has announced the appointment of Jasjeet Kaur as its Chief Executive Officer. This marks a significant milestone in her leadership journey and in the company’s growth trajectory in India.
India, 07 January 2026 – Groupe SEB India has announced the appointment of Jasjeet Kaur as its Chief Executive Officer. This marks a significant milestone in her leadership journey and in the company’s growth trajectory in India.
In her new role, Jasjeet is responsible for driving Groupe SEB India’s overall business performance, strengthening its market leadership across categories, and accelerating sustainable and profitable growth.
 
With nearly two decades of experience across FMCD, Automotive and consumer businesses, Jasjeet brings deep expertise in business strategy, brand building, category development, and marketing transformation. Since joining Groupe SEB India in 2020 as Marketing Director, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s market position in India. Jasjeet led the launch and expansion of Groupe SEB’s premium international brand, Tefal, in India and her efforts on digital led brand communication, sharpening consumer understanding and launching new categories has helped the Group’s business grow in India.
 
Commenting on her appointment, Jasjeet Kaur said, “I’m excited to lead Groupe SEB India at a time when both the business and the market are moving forward with real momentum. Earlier this year, Jasjeet expanded her mandate as Vice President – Sales (E-commerce, Modern Trade & other Channels), taking on direct responsibility for strengthening distribution breadth and accelerating growth. In this role, she focused on creating sharper alignment between marketing and sales, improving execution at scale, and strengthening commercial capabilities to support the company’s omnichannel ambitions.
 
Her appointment comes at a time when Groupe SEB is accelerating its growth plans in India, supported by the Group’s strong global scale. Globally, Groupe SEB operates in over 150 countries, with €8.26 billion+ in global sales, 470+ patents worldwide, and 47+ industrial sites.
In India, Groupe SEB operates through its brands Tefal and Maharaja Whiteline, with a portfolio spanning Cookware, Kitchen appliances and Home care products. The company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, along with a nationwide distribution and service network.
