Gujarat has recorded 1,175 new cases during the last 24 hours. The recovery rate has further improved to 92.33 percent.

Our Ahmedabad correspondent reports that the total number of Covid19 cases detected so far in Gujarat has reached up to 2 lakh 27 thousand 683.

Out of these, 2 lakh 10 thousand 214 patients recovered. 1347 patients recovered during the last 24 hours.  More than 86 lakh 69 thousand tests have been carried out in the state till date. 

Maximum of 247 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 172 new cases.

At present total active cases in the state are 13298, out of which 65 patients are on a ventilator. 11 patients died yesterday taking the total deaths due to Covid19 up to 4171.
