Gujarat has recorded 671 new cases of Covid19 during the last 24 hours. According to the state health department, the recovery rate has further improved to 95.17 percent.

Gujarat has recorded 671 new cases of Covid19 during the last 24 hours. According to the state health department, the recovery rate has further improved to 95.17 percent.

The total number of Covid19 cases detected so far in Gujarat has reached up to 2 lakh 51 thousand 944. Out of these, 2 lakh 39 thousand 771 patients recovered. 806 patients recovered during the last 24 hours.  Maximum of 126 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 129 new cases.

 
At present total active cases in the state are 7829, out of which 61 patients are on ventilators. 4  patients died yesterday due to Covid19.

Meanwhile, schools for class 10 and 12th students and colleges for final year students have begun from today. The state government has decided to welcome the students by state ministers and MLAs in all districts.
