Your hair is your crowning glory. Pollution and changing weather are easily visible on the skin and hair. Nowadays, complaints of hair breakage and dryness are very common. In such a situation, it is very important to give some time to your hair. So, let's know some special tips that will keep you away from hair loss. You can make your hair healthy by using ingredients that you keep in your homes.

Make sure to apply a hair mask - Hair tends to become dry in the winter season. You will see a lot of benefits in your hair by using an aloe vera oil hair mask. You can also use an egg mask as and when required. It is the best source of vitamin B, good for healthy hair.

Apply conditioner - Many times it happens that we do not apply conditioner after washing the hair, due to which the hair becomes drier. Always remember that you apply conditioner after washing your hair. You can also use rice water as in shampoo or as a final rinse to prevent hair loss and greying.

Wash hair with lukewarm water - Keep in mind that whenever you wash your hair, the water should not be too hot nor too cold. Hair should always be washed with lukewarm water. Experts also give the same opinion, that too cold and too hot water spoils the hair roots.

Apply warm oil on the hair – Chose a natural-based oil like coconut oil. bhringraj oil, castor oil, argan oil as per your need and hair type. Massage well into the scalp and hair for optimum hair growth.

Amla and onion for hair – Crush 3-4 amla in a bowl, apply the pulp with the juice all over the hair and scalp. Squeeze 3 onions and apply all over scalp and hair to replenish sulfur and proteins level. Leave for 5 mins and then rinse.

Drink more and more water - The most miraculous way to keep your hair healthy is by drinking more and more water. You can also have coconut water; it contains electrolyte which helps move nutrients into the hair follicle cells. Having either of them in enough quantity will keep you hydrated.

Healthy diet – Eat a diet that is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins, protein, iron, silica, and fluids. Consume more and more green vegetables in food. Your hair will shine. 

Consume green tea – Green tea is rich in antioxidants, which aids hair follicle health, hydrates, and nourishes.
