The second day showcased insightful panel discussions and presentations, highlighting themes such as talent management, patient-centric care, financial sustainability, and technology in healthcare. These sessions featured industry leaders sharing practical insights and strategies, encouraging attendees to rethink traditional approaches to hospital administration​.
