Kamineni East Hyderabad Half Marathon to see participation of 2,000 runners

All preparations are in place for the Kamineni East Hyderabad Half Marathon 2025, an annual event aimed at promoting health awareness and fitness among the public.

Hyderabad, December 26th, 2025: All preparations are in place for the Kamineni East Hyderabad Half Marathon 2025, an annual event aimed at promoting health awareness and fitness among the public. The marathon is being organized under the aegis of LB Nagar Runners, a unit of Hyderabad Runners, and will be held on Sunday, December 28th.

 

As part of the pre-event celebrations, the official marathon T-shirts and medals were unveiled on Friday at the Indira Auditorium, Kamineni Hospital, LB Nagar. The unveiling ceremony was conducted by Dr. Gokul Raghuram, Administrator, Kamineni Hospitals, along with A. R. S. Satyanarayana, Vice President (Marketing), Kamineni Hospitals.

 

The event saw enthusiastic participation from runners representing LB Nagar Runners, along with several staff members from Kamineni Hospital, who expressed their support for the marathon and its underlying message of healthy living.

 

Over the years, the Kamineni East Hyderabad Half Marathon has witnessed growing enthusiasm and participation, with runners and fitness enthusiasts from Hyderabad and other regions taking part in increasing numbers. Individuals who regularly engage in running and walking have consistently shown strong interest in the event.

 

The 2025 edition of the marathon will feature four race categories: Half Marathon (21.1 km), 10 Miles (16.1 km), 10 km, and 5 km. Across all categories, close to 2,000 runners are expected to participate this year.

 

Organizers from LB Nagar Runners have invited health and fitness enthusiasts to join the marathon on Sunday morning, December 28th, and contribute to the continued success of this flagship event.
