Maharashtra has witnessed a slight decline in the number of fresh covid cases. According to the state Health Department, 31,643 new cases were reported in the state yesterday.

102 COVID-19 related deaths reported in the state yesterday. The case death rate in the state is 1.98 percent. On the other hand, 20,854 patients were discharged yesterday.

With this, 23,53,307 COVID-19 patients have been discharged after full recovery so far. The recovery rate in the state is 85.71 percent. There are 3,36,584 active cases in the state.
