Expands on-ground claims support to 19,000+ pincodes; cashless garage network doubles to 1,600+ and targets 3,000+ by June 2026.
National, 12 May 2026 - Navi General Insurance, the insurance arm of Navi, one of India’s fastest-growing digital financial services destinations, today announced strategic partnerships with GoMechanic, ReadyAssist, myTVS and AIS Windshield Experts to deliver a ‘Cashless Anywhere’ motor insurance claims experience for customers across India. The partnerships combine Navi’s digital-first claims journey with deep on-ground service capability, allowing customers to walk into any partner garage across the country and get their vehicle repaired without paying out-of-pocket. Where in-person support is required, Navi’s on-ground partners are equipped to reach customers within a few hours of claim intimation, whether it’s a roadside breakdown, an on-spot vehicle survey, or getting a vehicle serviced at a partner garage.
As part of these partnerships:
  • ReadyAssist will provide 24x7 roadside assistance across 19,000+ pincodes and support Navi’s in-person physical claims survey requirements pan-India, enabling a Navi-authorised representative to reach customers within a few hours of claim intimation.
  • GoMechanic, myTVS and AIS Windshield Experts will provide access to a wide network of partner garages and windshield service centres, enabling cashless claims servicing – from own-damage repairs to windshield replacements.

Navi has also been rapidly scaling its cashless garage network, which has more than doubled; from ~710 garages in January 2026 to over 1,600 today, spanning 500+ cities, with a target of 3,000+ garages by June 2026.
“Our goal is to build the best-in-class motor claims experience, anchored on three principles - cashless anywhere, physical presence within hours where needed, and speed. Technology removes friction, but strong on-ground partnerships ensure customers feel supported when it matters most” said Mr. Vaibhav Goyal, Managing Director & CEO, Navi General Insurance Limited.
Motor insurance contributes approximately 32% of India’s general insurance premiums and is increasingly seeing a shift toward digital-first models. As customers place greater weight on claims experience and service-network depth, Navi’s partnership-led approach is designed to combine digital convenience with broad-based on-ground capability.
“With our presence across 19,000+ pincodes and a nationwide network of trained service providers, we complement Navi’s digital claims journey by ensuring every policyholder has on time, reliable, in-person support – whether it’s a roadside breakdown or an on-spot vehicle survey. We are excited to support Navi’s customer-first vision at scale,” said Mr. Vimal Singh S. V., Founder and CEO, ReadyAssist.
With these partnerships, Navi continues to build a comprehensive, technology-led motor insurance ecosystem that combines digital simplicity with real-world service capability - delivering a more efficient, transparent and customer-centric claims experience for vehicle owners across India.
Motor insurance is now live and available for customers across India.
