Feeling the heat the country has faced due to Coronavirus crisis, Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra donated his one month salary to the State government fund to curb the spread of virus infection.
The governor additionally transferred Rs 20 lakh from the Governor's Relief Fund to CM’s Relief Fund as per the statement issued Raj Bhavan. Raj Bhawan employees too decided to offer their one day's salary, it added. Mishra draws Rs 3.50 lakh a month and the summation of one-day salary of the Raj Bhawan officials amounts to 2.25 lakh. Total Rs 25.75 lakh is being sent to the Covid-19 Fund of Rajasthan Chief Minister.
