With nearly three decades at Wipro, most recently serving as Chief Culture Officer and Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Sunita brings deep expertise in building people-first workplaces at scale.

In her advisory role at SalarySe, she will work closely with the leadership team across product strategy, employee experience design, and market positioning to help build more employee-centric and enterprise-relevant financial solutions.

Speaking on her appointment, Sunita Cherian said: "I’m excited about partnering with SalarySe as an Advisor and look forward to working closely with the SalarySe leadership in fuelling the company’s growth trajectory.
