Monday, 1st December 2025: Sarvodaya Hospital, Sector 8, Faridabad, organised its 2nd International Patient Experience and Safety Conference 2025, which brought together distinguished healthcare leaders, policymakers, and professionals from across India and abroad. The conference focused on advancing patient safety and patient experience as vital pillars of healthcare excellence. The event featured prominent dignitaries, who were welcomed by key organisers and speakers from Sarvodaya Healthcare.

More than 50 renowned speakers and over 300 delegates participated, representing leading hospitals, healthcare organisations, and academic institutions. Global voices and power-packed panels shared best practices, innovations, and success stories in patient safety and patient-centric care. Paper and poster presentations showcased research and practical approaches to improving healthcare delivery, while keynote speeches highlighted innovations and success stories from leading hospitals worldwide.

The event emphasised that prioritising patient safety minimises risks, prevents harm, and enhances trust in healthcare systems. Through insightful talks, interactive discussions, and engaging debates, the conference fostered collaboration and shared learning to set new standards in patient care. The sessions explored critical themes such as resilience and safe healthcare systems for the future, whether healthcare providers should be required to disclose medical errors to patients, moving beyond dashboards to ensure the quality of data that drives analytics, AI, and root cause analysis (RCA), rethinking safety in paediatric care from the very start, and examining clinical governance as either a tick-box exercise or a true driver of patient safety. The conference served as a platform for healthcare leaders, administrators, quality and safety professionals, patient experience experts, clinical practitioners, and academic professionals. CEOs and medical directors engaged in discussions that shaped the future of healthcare delivery and patient-centric innovation.

Speaking at the conference, Captain Bobby Ramesh, Group Director, Nursing Excellence at Sarvodaya Healthcare, said: “A patient’s journey in healthcare goes far beyond clinical treatment - it includes every interaction and moment of care they experience. We are committed to making that journey seamless, comfortable, and free from unnecessary stress, so recovery becomes smoother and more dignified. This gathering underscored the importance of empathy, innovation, and safety in healthcare. By sharing knowledge and experiences, we strengthened our collective commitment to improving patient outcomes and building trust in healthcare systems.”

Speaking about the conference, Dr Rakesh Gupta, Chairman of Sarvodaya Healthcare, said, "I believe, with the contribution of eminent dignitaries, the 2nd Sarvodaya International Patient Experience & Safety Conference has successfully strengthened the culture of safety, empathy, and innovation in healthcare.
