In a move that reinforces its commitment to delivering advanced respiratory and critical care, Sharda Care – Healthcity has appointed Dr. Harish Verma as Associate Director, Department of Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care.

Greater Noida, July 24th 2025: In a move that reinforces its commitment to delivering advanced respiratory and critical care, Sharda Care – Healthcity has appointed Dr. Harish Verma as Associate Director, Department of Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care. With Dr. Verma on board, the hospital looks forward to further enhancing its Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care department through cutting-edge clinical practices, multidisciplinary ICU care, and a focus on improving long-term respiratory outcomes.

 

Dr. Verma brings with him over 18 years of rich clinical experience in pulmonary medicine, interventional pulmonology, and intensive care. Known for his proficiency in managing complex ICU cases, he also specializes in advanced bronchoscopic procedures and leads pulmonary rehabilitation programs. His key areas of expertise include interstitial lung disease (ILD), asthma, COPD, sleep disorders, respiratory infections, and smoking-related lung conditions. Dr. Verma has also made several academic contributions, with research published in reputed medical journals on topics such as rheumatoid arthritis, chemotherapy safety, biologic therapies, and pulmonary interventions. He has actively presented his work at prestigious medical forums including APICON.

He also served as Consultant and Head at Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College & Hospital, Moradabad.
