Mr. Dogra brings over 25 years of expertise in healthcare administration. At ShardaCare Healthcity and Sharda Hospital, he will lead strategic growth, P&L management, and the diversification of services through new specialties and outpatient clinics. He will also focus on expanding digital and telehealth platforms, driving operational excellence through optimized pricing, cross-functional collaboration, AI-driven insights, and patient-centric initiatives, while strengthening teams and further enhancing the group’s integrated healthcare ecosystem.
