In Telangana, the total number of COVID-19 cases has crossed the six lakh 50 thousand mark with 494 cases reported during the past 24 hours.

The state has eight thousand 112 active cases currently. The state also reported 621 recoveries from COVID during the past 24 hours while 98.16 per cent recovery rate reported. With this, over six lakh 38 thousand persons have recovered so far in the state.

Three more died due to COVID and other related problems during the past 24 hours taking the toll to three thousand 831.

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area reported 80 COVID cases during the past 24 hours while Karimnagar district reported 51 and Warangal Urban district reported 45 infections.
