Telangana state reported 517 fresh COVID cases during the past 24 hours. With this, the total COVID cases reported in the state has gone up to 2, 73,858.

The state conducted over 33 thousand tests on Sunday.

The recovery rate marginally improved to 96.62 percent with 862 more people recovering on Sunday.

This took the number of recovered people so far in the state to 2 lakh 64,606.

Meanwhile, 1474 were deaths reported so far following two persons succumbing during the past 24 hours.

Currently, the state has over 7 thousand active cases out of which over 5,800 are in home isolation.
