Over 30 of the leading German healthcare employers participated in recruitment sessions, strengthening global workforce mobility. Building on this success, the February 2025 roadshow will expand its scope by aligning nursing talent from North Africa and Central Asia with Germany’s healthcare needs. 

This initiative aims to bridge workforce gaps, foster bilateral partnerships, and facilitate immediate hiring. Next in Berlin, key stakeholders including healthcare providers, government representatives, and recruitment partners will engage in discussions on workforce challenges, ethical recruitment, and cultural adaptation. These dialogues will ensure a sustainable, globally integrated healthcare workforce, reinforcing international cooperation in addressing healthcare staffing shortages.
