Hyderabad, August 21, 2025: On the occasion of World Senior Citizens Day, CARE Hospitals and Emoha, India’s leading senior care brand, announced a landmark partnership to redefine elder care in Hyderabad. The alliance will create a holistic care ecosystem that supports seniors not only physically but also emotionally, ensuring every Amma and Nanna feels safe, supported, and cared for.

As part of the partnership, a state-of-the-art Geriatric Care Facility will be launched on October 1, 2025, at CARE Hospitals, Hyderabad. This will be the first-of-its-kind dedicated unit designed to provide specialized medical attention tailored to elders’ complex and chronic health needs, from comprehensive geriatric assessment to advanced clinical interventions.

This partnership also ensures that elders leaving the hospital continue to receive expert medical support and compassionate care at home, reducing the risk of relapse, readmission, and emotional distress. Once discharged, Emoha’s trained carers, nurses, and care team step in to provide continuous support, from administering medications and monitoring vitals to assisting with daily health needs, ensuring elders recover safely in the comfort of their homes.

Equally important is the emotional dimension of care. Through the Emoha App, elders will stay connected to a vibrant community of seniors from across the country, enjoying online shows, interactive sessions, and specially curated events that keep them engaged and joyful.             Emoha’s community-first approach and local presence across neighbourhoods further ensure that elders never feel alone, but instead remain active, connected, and valued within their families and communities.

Speaking on the collaboration, Biju Nair, Zonal Chief Operating Officer, CARE Hospitals, said, “At CARE Hospitals, we have always believed in delivering holistic healthcare that evolves with the changing needs of our communities. With this meaningful association with EMOHA, we are proud to further strengthen our commitment to senior citizens by combining our clinical excellence with a comprehensive ecosystem focused on enriching the lives of the elderly. This collaboration not only expands our service capabilities in geriatric care, but also allows us to create a welcoming environment where seniors feel valued, safe and supported.”

“Caring for elders isn’t just about treating illness , it’s about ensuring they live with dignity, safety, and joy. With CARE Hospitals, we are creating a complete ecosystem that combines physical care and emotional support under one trusted umbrella,” said Saumyajit Roy, CEO & Co-founder, Emoha Eldercare.

Together, Emoha and CARE Hospitals are taking a decisive step toward building Hyderabad’s most holistic elder care ecosystem — because Together We Care. Together We Put #EldersFirst.
