Uttar Pradesh government is conducting a dry run of Covid Vaccination today at 6 places in the state capital Lucknow. A dry run of COVID vaccination is being conducted at 6 centers in Lucknow including Sahara Hospital, RML Hospital, King George's Medical University, and SGPGI.

At King George's Medical University in Lucknow, it started around 11 am in morning.

Nishant Verma, Nodal Officer, COVID19 said that the department has prepared to inoculate around 50 people today. During this process, there will be 3 areas- vaccination area, observation area, and waiting area.

Additional Chief Secretary health of state Amit Mohan Prasad has informed that a dry run of COVID vaccination will be done in the entire state from January 5th.

He said that the government is making all arrangements for the vaccination, which includes expansion of covid chain storage and installation of CCTV cameras at vaccination centers and places of vaccine storage
