Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has already set the deadline of 15th December to complete all necessary works related to the COVID-19 vaccination drive.

The Uttar Pradesh government is making all preparations for COVID-19 vaccination in the state.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has already set the deadline of 15th December to complete all necessary works related to the COVID-19 vaccination drive.


Additional chief secretary health Amit Mohan Prasad presided over the meeting of Special Task Force set up for the covid vaccination drive and reviewed the arrangements of listing of vaccinators, hub centers, the arrangement of Biomedical Waste and training procedure of vaccinators in every district.

He asked officials to upload the data related to every health worker in each district and take the certificate of the completion of the work.

Meanwhile, after a long gap, the number of new covid patients is now decreasing in the state. Yesterday the number of patients recovered in  24 hours was more than the new active cases.

Covid situation is also improving in those districts which share their border with the national capital region.
