Samsung Health Announces ‘Find Care’ Feature in Partnership with PharmEasy and Tata 1mg

In a major move to offer personalised service, Samsung Health app will now allow consumers order medicines, book diagnostic tests and online medical consultations. The app already tracks wellness metrics like activity, heart rate, sleep, and more, with medication reminders and Health Records access.

Samsung, India’s leading consumer electronics brand, has announced a partnership between Samsung Health, its global wellness app, and leading health-tech companies PharmEasy and Tata 1mg. This collaboration introduces Find Care’, an integrated healthcare feature that simplifies users’ access to health services while enhancing their overall wellness experience. The feature will be accessible on the app following an update, commencing February 24, 2026.

“Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for everyone. By integrating ‘Find Care’ Service in the Samsung Health app we are taking a significant step towards achieving this vision.  ‘Find Care’ has been thoughtfully designed to meet the evolving needs of our users. We are committed to continuously innovating and enhancing our services to improve our user’s experience,” said Kyungyun Roo, Managing Director, Samsung Research Institute, Noida.

The Integration of ‘Find Care’ into Samsung Health will eliminate the need to switch between multiple apps. It will allow direct access to a range of healthcare services through PharmEasy and Tata 1mg. Users can order medicines, book diagnostic tests and consult doctors online. To enhance the value proposition, PharmEasy will provide a launch offer that grants all Samsung Health users a six-month complimentary PharmEasy Plus membership upon completing their first transaction via the Samsung Health app.

“Our collaboration with Samsung Health marks a significant step in integrating everyday technology with accessible healthcare. This partnership offers added savings, free delivery benefits and much more. It empowers users with greater value, accessibility, and control over their healthcare journey,” said Gaurav Verma, Chief Business Officer at PharmEasy (API Holdings).

“The collaboration between Samsung and Tata 1mg empowers users to take charge of their well-being outside of traditional healthcare settings. This partnership has the potential to drive innovation in digital therapeutics, further enhancing the accessibility and effectiveness of health solutions for all,” said Dr Rajeev Sharma, Vice President Medical Affairs, Tata 1mg.

Conclusion

The launch of ‘Find Care’ reinforces Samsung’s focus on user-centric innovation and its mission to create a holistic digital health ecosystem for its users.
