BENGALURU, INDIA –
Challenging women to ask a simple but powerful question: What would my 60-year-old self thank me for today?, Bharati Jajoo, India’s leading expert on ergonomics, in her keynote address, emphasised on how women often spend decades caring for everyone around them - family, work, and responsibilities while placing their own health at the very end of the list.
“True well-being begins when we reclaim that space for ourselves. By paying attention to the four pillars - sleep, movement, nutrition, and relaxation, we can build resilience that supports us through every stage of life. Small, consistent choices today can shape a stronger, healthier future for women in the decades ahead,” said Jajoo.
Happiest Health successfully hosted the third edition of its Women’s Wellness Summit – Happiest Her 2026, at National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) Auditorium, Bengaluru. Held on International Women’s Day, the half-day summit brought together healthcare experts, wellness practitioners and women professionals to engage in meaningful conversations around holistic well-being, with a focused lens on mind, movement and preventive care.
The summit served as a dedicated platform encouraging women to prioritise their physical and emotional health amidst demanding professional and personal responsibilities. Through expert-led sessions and experiential engagement, the event reinforced the importance of proactive and preventive health practices. The summit was inaugurated by Tina Mitra, Chief Revenue Office, Happiest Health, Bharati Jajoo, India’s leading expert on ergonomics and distinguished guests.
