World’s largest assembly on Yoga, Ayurveda and Naturopathy from November 7-10 at India Expo Mart

November 7, 2019 will be a historic day in the field of the Indian system of holistic healing and healthy lifestyle, with the launch of the world’s first event which spans the wellness universe and includes Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy—Ayuryog Expo 2019 will open its gates to visitors at 11 am at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.

This mega initiative has been taken for the first time in the country to bring all Yogis, Gurus, experts and eminent personalities connected to Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy under the stewardship of Padma Shri Dr H R Nagendra, President of VYASA and the Indian Yoga Association.

The four-day extravaganza highlighting the higher sciences of India’s medical and lifestyle tradition will feature the best that the world has to offer. 

It is rare indeed to have such a vast pantheon of personalities who all have a stake in the Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy fields. From general sessions held by Yogrishi Swami Ramdev ji Maharaj and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, to more specific scientific sessions for practitioners and students of the field, AyurYog 2019 will cover it all, according to Mr Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, IEML.

Four plenary and technical sessions spread over the days will have speakers expounding on their topic of specialization. The eminent persons include Dr HR Nagendra; Padma Bhushan Dr. David Frawley; Padma Bhushan Vaidya Devendra Triguna; Maa Dr Smt Hansaji Jayadeva Yogendra; Padamsri Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha; Dr Lorenzo Cohen; Dr Sat Bir Singh Khalsa; Antonietta Rozzi; Dr Vasant Lad; and Dr Duan Gang, Kumar added.  

The crescendo of the event will be two very special gatherings, one by Yogrishi Swami Ramdev ji Maharaj and the other by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar which will explore the limits of Yogic sciences, he stressed. 

There will also be other stars from this universe, Swami Chidanand Saraswati; HH Jagat Guru Amrta Suryananda Maha Raja; Vishwaguru Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Sri Swami Maheshwarananda Puri have all confirmed to grace the event and interact with attendees.

Ayuryog Expo 2019 will also have special sessions focusing on Yoga Education and Value Education targeted at school going students, to enrich their minds and help them achieve more fulfilling and healthy lifestyles, according to Kumar.

The Expo part of Ayuryog Expo 2019 have exhibitors from all over the world highlighting their specialized products for all to see and experience.

Open from 11 am to 6 pm every day, the Expo is open to all. 

The event is being organized by the India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML) along with the Export Promotion Council of Handicraft (EPCH) with support from the India Yoga Association (IYA), All India Ayurvedic Congress (AIAC), Centre for Innovation in Science and Social Action (CISSA), and Indian Naturopathy & Yoga Graduates' Medical Association (INYGMA).
